FAQ

What is 123EasyList?

123EasyList is a simple, affordable way to list your home on the MLS without paying a full real estate commission. We help homeowners get their property in front of serious buyers on top real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and  more —all while keeping more money in their pockets.

How does 123EasyList work?

Choose a package, submit your property details and photos, and we’ll take care of listing it on the MLS. You handle the showings and negotiations directly with buyers—saving thousands in agent fees.

What if I want to cancel my listing or make changes?

You can request changes to your listing (like price, description, or photos) at any time, depending on your selected package. If you need to cancel your listing, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Can I still get help if I need it?

Yes. Our team is available to support you via email or phone, depending on your package. If you need more support than originally purchased you can upgrade at anytime.  We’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way.  We offer packages ranging from just listing on the MLS to Full Service.

What happens when I get an offer?

You review offers directly and negotiate with the buyer or their agent. If you prefer, your listing agent can assist you in understanding the offer and what is the best counter for the offer.  This service is included in some of the packages and can be added at any time if needed.  Need suggestions for title companies, or other providers  —we can refer you to trusted professionals.

Do you offer special incentives if you are listing a high volume of transactions?

Please contact us directly at support@123easylist.com to see what programs are available as every situation is different.

What is the MLS, and why is it important?

MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service. It’s the central database that real estate agents use to list and find homes. When your property is on the MLS, it’s also automatically shared with popular sites like Zillow and Redfin, giving your home maximum exposure to buyers.

What MLS's does 123EasyList directly service?

Houston, North Texas, Tyler, San Antonio, Austin, Central Texas, Lubbock, Amarillo, El Paso, McAllen, Rio Grande Valley, Lufkin/Nacogdoches, Permian Basin, Corpus Christi and with more being added as requested.  If the MLS I need is not listed, can you still help with list my property.  YES.

Do I need to be a licensed agent to list on the MLS?

No. 123East List is owned and operated directly by a Texas Broker, who list your property on the MLS for you. You don’t need to be licensed yourself.

Will agents still bring buyers to my home?

Yes! Your MLS listing includes a commission offer to buyer’s agents which is disclosed at time of contact or offer. This makes your listing attractive to agents who are helping their clients find homes. You can choose the buyer’s agent commission (commonly 2–3%).

How long will my home be listed?

Most packages include an MLS listing period of 6-12 months, but this can vary depending on your plan. You can also renew or extend your listing if needed.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. The price you see on your package is exactly what you pay. No hidden charges, surprise fees, or long-term contracts.

Is the listing agent available to speak to me?

Yes. The listing agent/broker is available via telephone and email.  But please note, depending on package will depend on the level of assistance that is provided.  Please also note, that the office manager is also available to assist if you are needing to make changes to a listing and having trouble online.
