We're members of twelve MLS boards across thirteen Texas markets. Type your county and we'll tell you exactly which board your listing goes to — including where the honest answer is "the nearest one we belong to."
Direct membership
Counties inside the published service area of a board we belong to.
Member board, listings observed
We're a member and listings appear here, though the board doesn't publish a county list.
Routed to the nearest board
No MLS of our own here. We route to the closest board we belong to, and confirm before you pay.
Texas counties, all routed
Every county in the state has an answer. None are left blank.
Our memberships
Membership is what lets us actually file your listing. It is not the same as syndication, and the difference matters.
Worth knowing
Not every Texas county has its own MLS, and no flat-fee service belongs to all of them. When a national company says it covers the whole state, it is usually describing a syndication feed — getting your listing onto public websites — not membership of the board that serves your county.
Membership is what puts your property in front of the agents who actually work your market, and it is what lets a licensed broker file and change your listing. That is why we tell you which board you land in before you pay, and why we say plainly when the answer is a neighbouring one.
New boards get added as demand justifies the dues. If your county routes to a nearest board today, tell us anyway — enquiry volume is exactly how we decide where to join next.
