One price. Paid once.

Every package below is the entire fee payable to us. Nothing is owed to 123EasyList at closing on any package — no percentage, no commission, no minimum. That’s a term of our listing agreement, not a promotion.

You may still choose to contribute toward the buyer’s agent. That is never required, it is negotiated in the contract of sale rather than with us, and whatever you agree to is paid by you at closing through the title company — not to us.

What isn’t in any package

Photography, video, drone, floor plans, staging, virtual tours. Open houses. Showings themselves — scheduling is not attending. Taking buyer and agent calls on your behalf. Writing or selecting contracts, addenda or notices. Completing your Seller’s Disclosure Notice. Legal or tax advice. Attending inspections, appraisals, surveys or closing. Screening buyers or verifying their financing. Installing the sign or supplying a lockbox.

This is a limited service listing. You are the point of contact for buyers and their agents, and your listing is filed as limited service or entry-only where your MLS requires that designation. If that doesn’t suit you, you want a traditional listing — and we’ll tell you so rather than sell you the wrong thing.

Not sure what you’ll need? Find out first.

The document list depends on your property — its age, where it sits, who owns it. Check yours before you choose a package.
